Taylor King was founded in 1974 in Taylorsville, North Carolina and occupies just over 200,000 square feet with 180 employees. Our bench-made upholstery seating offers a wide range of styles in traditional, transitional, leather, and imported frames. Our newest addition to our upholstery is high-end recliners, which will be introduced at the October 2004 market. Our occasional division – Taylor King Occasional – features our newest collection, Thaxton Lane which showcases the beauty of mahogany solids and burl veneers in cocktail tables, accent tables, chests and entertainment centers. Taylor King is also known for our exquisite fabric collection.

Our colors and textures are woven together, our unique history and skilled expertise are inextricably linked, our reputation is synonymous with quality. With over 2,000 seating styles, fabrics, and occasional pieces to choose from, the possibilities are limitless.
